No. At any limit our gateway still answers with success and a "rejected" count, and if our usage check fails we accept the data. Use SDK Python 0.6.1 / npm 0.9.1 or later so the SDK pauses cleanly instead of retrying.

We email owners and admins at 80% and 100% and show a banner. At the limit we stop recording until the 1st, 00:00 UTC; nothing beyond your cap is charged. Buy a pack or raise the cap and we record again within seconds, the SDK within 5 minutes.

Packs are prepaid and used after your included events. They roll over and expire 12 months after purchase. On Start your balance is kept, not used, and counts again when you upgrade.

Yes. Data older than its plan period is physically deleted within 1 day after the period ends, not hidden. Recovery copies are kept up to 7 days and backups up to 30 days.

Yes. Data not yet deleted is extended to the new plan's history, for example 90 to 180 days from Build to Team. Data already deleted cannot come back.

The change takes effect at the end of your paid period. New data then gets the lower plan's history; data already recorded keeps the history it was recorded with. Above the new seat limit, existing members stay but new invites wait until you are under it.

Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period, monthly or annual. No partial refunds, and packs are non-refundable. Within 7 days of your first charge you can ask for a refund; we review each request.

Prices are in USD, except for Indian billing addresses, which are charged in INR. In India we add 18% GST and issue a GST invoice in INR with our GSTIN; elsewhere the sale is normally a zero-rated export with no Indian tax added.

Cards via Razorpay. Enterprise is billed under its annual contract.

Team is for teams at scale: 7.5x Build's events, 180-day history, unlimited seats, $5 packs, a shared Slack channel with a one-business-day target, an onboarding call and up to 2 hours a month of integration help, and the audit log. If you only need volume, Build with packs costs less up to about 7 million events a month; the table above shows both.

Built or designed, not available on any plan today, and shown on the plan it will join. We show no dates until we commit to one. Pricing for a held feature is announced before release and never applied to past usage.
