Shipping and Delivery Policy

Risicare is a digital, software-as-a-service product provided by Conscience Labs Pvt. Ltd.. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there is no shipping, no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge.
How the service is delivered
Access is delivered online and instantly. You can use the Free plan as soon as you create an account. When you buy a paid plan or an event pack, it is applied to your organisation as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within minutes, and you will see it in your account. Your invoice is issued online and available from your account.
If something does not arrive
If a plan or pack does not appear in your account after a successful payment, write to support@risicare.ai with the payment reference and we will fix it. See also the Refund Policy.
